3. Usage of Services
- All services provided by Technowren are for personal and commercial use, provided the usage does not violate any laws.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that any materials submitted to Technowren do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full before any services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Invoices are due and payable within the time frame specified on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Any disputes regarding the invoice must be raised within 10 days of the invoice date.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of submission for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations will incur a fee based on the progress of the order.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Client retains all rights to the materials submitted for our services.
- Technowren retains the right to use samples of the Client’s projects for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the Client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Technowren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the Client or any third party.
- Our total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or the provision of services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services.

- Technowren makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information on this website.
- We do not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
